Jim Rhea serves as our IT Support Specialist. He brings extensive experience providing technical support in corporate environments including J.C. Penney, Microsoft, and most recently The Container Store. His accomplishments include being a Microsoft Certified IT Professional, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate, and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist.
Jim is a movie enthusiast and accomplished piano/keyboard musician who values spending time with family. He also plays chess, Scrabble, and canasta for relaxation.
